At Mostly Westerns, although we review all return requests, we are unable to accept them, as every item is uniquely crafted and printed as promised. It rarely happens, but we would only accept it in the event of a defective item. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us via email or through our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Our dedicated customer service team will do what it takes to leave you satisfied.

Please be aware that refunds are only provided once we have confirmed that the item meets the criteria outlined in our policies. Any associated shipping costs for returning the item(s) will be your responsibility.

We strive for perfection with every order, so we kindly advise reviewing your order details meticulously before finalizing your purchase. Please double-check for accuracy in spellings, names, and options to avoid any potential errors.

Once an order is placed, it enters production within 12 hours. Therefore, we can only accommodate cancellations or modifications to the order within the initial 12-hour window following placement.
